Ronald came to repair our gas stove that wasn’t heating up - this was an extended warranty repair and we were very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He took care to ensure we knew what was needed and he replaced the part before leaving without the usual going back to the warranty company - which would have made the repair process much longer. He even checked the rest of the stove out and gave me tips on cleaning the igniters and the stove overall. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am! We were quickly and enthusiastically given the name Ronald and a number. This number was to Ronald Solo of DRappliance LTD. The review was glowing and well deserved.

I spoke to Ronald by phone and he immediately committed to checking my appliance within a day or so. He was as good as his word. He showed up a day later and dove into the job with rapid precision. The repair he completed on our dryer was as advertised. From what I could see, it was thorough and complete. Ronald was engaging and informative and the price quoted was met.

I would highly recommend Ronald and DRAppliance to anyone.

It was only after the work was completed that I saw Ronald and his business had a 5 star rating with 22 reviews. That alone seemed impressive and I too gladly gave a 5 star rating.

I called and after a few minutes of telling the issue and troubleshooting a couple things I was  able to get it off and begin my repair!
